Shipping Costs
Shipping is not included in the product price unless specifically stated otherwise. Shipping charges are calculated separately based on the customer’s delivery location, package size, package weight, and the shipping method available for the order.
Because shipping costs vary by destination, the exact shipping amount may not be available at the time the order is first placed.
When Shipping Is Charged
Depending on the type of order, the shipping charge may be provided:
- Before the customer makes the final payment, once the estimated package size and shipping destination are confirmed, or
- After the product has been completed, packaged, and is ready to be shipped, so the most accurate shipping cost can be calculated.
If a separate shipping payment is required, the customer will receive the shipping total and payment instructions before the order is released for shipment.
Orders Will Not Ship Until Shipping Is Paid
All applicable product balances and shipping charges must be paid in full before the order is shipped.
Processing and Production Time
Processing or production time is separate from shipping time. Custom and handmade products may require additional time to create before they are ready for shipment. Any estimated turnaround time provided refers to production time unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Time
Once the order has been completed, shipping has been paid, and the package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are determined by the selected shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of No Lymit Kraft’n’s control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. No Lymit Kraft’n is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has been shipped.
