Custom Orders

Once design work, production, printing, crafting, or preparation has begun, custom orders may become non-cancelable and non-refundable according to the Refund & Returns Policy.

Customers may be asked to approve designs before production. Once a design is approved, changes may require an additional fee and may affect production time.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include a physical item unless specifically stated.

Customers are responsible for making sure they have compatible software, devices, or applications needed to access or use purchased digital files.

Digital products are subject to the separate digital product license provided with the product or listed on the product page.

Unless the product specifically includes commercial or resale rights, purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer ownership of the design, copyright, or intellectual property.

Customers may only use digital products according to the license provided with the product.

Physical orders will not be shipped until all required product balances and applicable shipping charges are paid in full.
